Hand-roasted in a cast iron skillet for small batches or a small roasting drum over an open flame for larger batches, there is a lot of custom love that goes into your roast. For this season, we are sharing with you the Fawkey Blend, which is Tanzanian Peaberry roasted as a Full City (Medium/Dark roast).
