Okay, we crow about our love for "Fawkey" to all who listen. When we heard our dear friends Lara & Mark were turning their already amazing culinary skills and taste to roasting coffee, we almost went hoarse!  This is the stuff baby! 
Lara writes:

"Rain Dog Roasters is a small batch coffee roaster that operates in Los Angeles out of the kitchen of husband and wife duo Mark and Lara Tomov. With Mark being the self-proclaimed "coffee nerd" and Lara having a love for both the science and craft of roasting, they decided to share their love for the magical bean with others! Hand-roasted in a cast iron skillet for small batches or a small roasting drum over an open flame for larger batches, there is a lot of custom love that goes into your roast. For this season, we are sharing with you the Fawkey Blend, which is Tanzanian Peaberry roasted as a Full City (Medium/Dark roast). Mark and Lara are thrilled to spread their joy with you through coffee and hope that even if you find yourself like a Rain Dog who has lost his way in the rain, you will find pleasure in all circumstance with the comfort of a darn good cup of coffee!"
